Beautifully designed and truly exceptional place with panoramic views. Unbeatable location just next door to a garden, central Bursa, and a shopping centre that includes a restaurant, a cafeteria and a large supermarket and very professional and really helpful staff. Well-equipped room with a functional bathroom.

This is a pleasant 5-star hotel with its excellent service and relaxing rooms. The atmosphere of the property is peaceful.

Everything was wonderful, had a fantastic stay for business trip. We had king room with a separate bathroom.

Its location is absolutely perfect and convenient with a panoramic view of mountain. The service is very efficient, includes free parking. The staff are very professional and offer wake up calls and ironing free of charge.

The hotel was fairly clean with a nice design. View of the mountain was excellent, the room was exceptional and relaxing. Its location in Bursa was marvellous and lovely, next to ozdlik supermarket and yusuf coftci as well as a restaurant, a cafeteria and a large supermarket. We enjoyed the main bar.

The rooms are amazing and good, have hypo-allergenic pillows.

Marvellous and easy location in Bursa so close to all other Touristic sites and anywhere else in Bursa. Also, near everything. Soft beds, a safe box, TV and a refrigerator in the room. Marvellous breakfast for every taste.

Modern hotel with attentive staff and a marvellous breakfast. Absolutely perfect central location, right by a national park and anywhere else in Bursa. About 10 minutes walk from Ozdilek Avm. Nice pool, parking onsite. Not to mention fast wifi!

Wonderful stay, amazing service and facilities. I'm recommending everyone when he go to Bursa to stay in the Helton In addition the hotel location is in the middle of Modayen port and the city. So when you go to Istanbul it will not take more than 45 minutes to reach the port.

Friendly staff and comfortable rooms made my city trip enjoyable. the breakfast buffet was delicious with a variety of options that satisfied my taste buds. the rooftop bar provided a picturesque view of the city, making the perfect spot to unwind and relax after a long day of exploring.

Although the staff was welcoming, they lacked attention to detail when it came to cleaning the common area and some of the furniture had noticeable stains. the location of the hotel was not in the heart of the city, which made it a bit challenging to get to some of the popular tourist destinations.
